Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrafficMonsoon (the “Service”), including our website, tools, and related communications.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service. Continued use after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where restricted by law.
Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your email and security settings up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account, including lost or stolen credentials if you fail to protect them.
- One person should not operate multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage unless we explicitly allow it in writing.
- You must meet any minimum age or jurisdiction requirements that apply where you live.
- We may ask for verification when required for security, fraud prevention, or payouts.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Examples of prohibited behavior include, without limitation:
- Spam, harassment, or illegal content in ads, messages, or profile data.
- Automated scripts, bots, or click farms to simulate views or earnings.
- Attempts to bypass timers, captchas, rate limits, or security controls.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes used to abuse deposit or reward systems.
We may investigate suspicious activity, withhold balances, or reverse rewards that were obtained through abuse, subject to our policies and applicable law.
Ads, viewing & traffic
Advertisers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their campaigns. Viewers must complete sessions honestly (e.g., full timers where required). Artificial or fraudulent traffic may result in loss of earnings and account action.
We may change how ads are delivered, priced, or rewarded to protect the ecosystem or comply with partners and regulations.
Earnings, shares & balances
Earnings, SHARES, levels, and rewards depend on program rules in effect at the time of the activity. Not all activity qualifies; amounts can change with levels, caps, and system settings.
Displayed balances and estimates are informational. Final amounts may be adjusted for corrections, chargebacks, fraud findings, fees, or tax/withholding requirements where applicable.
Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the methods we support. Processing times, minimums, fees, and verification steps are shown in your account or checkout flows.
- You must use payment methods you are authorized to use.
- We may delay or refuse transactions that appear high-risk or non-compliant.
- Refunds, if any, follow our posted refund policy and payment provider rules.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risk, or must be restricted for legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time; some obligations (e.g., for outstanding balances or disputes) can survive closure.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages, except where prohibited.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example, in some places, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may also notify you by email or an in-app notice when practical.
